Well...been off my diet for a while. Didn't gain back as much as i thought I had. I have lost 2 pounds of it in 2 days. I had been off my diet carbing and beering...oops. I feel great already. Bloating gone. Period over.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
