I'm eating only nutrisystem foods. Got most of them at Wal-Mart and some at QVC. Some days I am hungry all day and other days it fills me. Drinking a lot more wate r and I was never really a big water drinker. I know I should exercise more but it's not fun, I hate it. When I did boot camp I toned up a and loved it, but to exercise alone is tough. Boot camp was super expensive so that's no longer an option.

eating the veggies to helps and try to eat smaller portions if you eat 5 times at day with what they recommend helps this is the second time i been on this stuff the first timei loss 35 pounds in 3 months hoping to do it again

breakfast bar and egg ,snack 2oz of low sodium lunch meat on whole grain bread than nutrisystem lunch snack nutrisystem dinner nutrisystem meal and veggies and evening snack if you still are hungry eat cherry tomatoes or carrots try not to eat after 8 pm plus make sure you drink water
