Diet is going well, getting in a lot of exercise, currently restricting my calories but not feeling hungry and feeling great. Finally went to trial out scales at Myer, ended up buying the weight watchers ww800a composition scale as it was the most consistent measuring to an accuracy of 50g and always getting weight right first time around and same weight no matter how I stood on the scale. Anyway to my horror the scale is reading 1.3kg more than my last scale that read more than 1kg from my initial scale so viola I have gained 2.3kg just by changing scales. However I do trust my new scale more as its is rated to 204kg and guaranteed for 10 years.
303.7 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 111.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
