I have cut out all flours (almond and coconut) this week to see if it helps me. I have lost a few pounds since doing this, so may continue for a another week to see how I do. :)
196.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   losing 2.3 lb a week
