Well, I did it to myself. I stopped weighing in and I got right off track. My last low weight was 165 which was my middle goal. Now, I am back up to the 170s. I can say, I ate like a pig...bingeing even. Ate nothing healthy and drank without discretion. I did not exercise. But okay. I am back here today. Yep....I'm shooting for my first goal which is 165. I know it is attainable.
