Went to the gym yesterday morning was fairly active throughout the whole day and ate well so I am happy with weight loss result. I will be switching things up a bit from tomorrow morning diet wise.
306.0 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 114.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
