woo hoo....slowly but surely.
Haven't done much though due to chronic fatigue hitting bad this week, and the hot hot sun killing me!
Have relied on the gardening and the housework to get me through. Just a little at a time seems to be okay for now.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Slow and steady wins the race! Every little bit of exercise counts. There's a lot of exercise to be had in our daily routines. As long as you are off your butt and moving around, you are burning more calories. When you feel better you can push yourself some more. And as the weight comes off you will probably find more energy, too. Keep it up!

A little at a time is good. Maybe the sun will give you a break soon so that you can do more gardening. Keep up the good work. You can DO it. Have a good day.
