Down 1 pound since last week's weigh in...I'll take it! remained middle of the stix the whole week, so I will just keep plugging away - one pound at a time. 39 down, 21 to go!!!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
