Looking for ways to increase my activities while at home. Besides housework, and taking care of my Mom, plus shopping, cooking, laundry, etc. I love to read, and get on the computer, but neither are very active. Enjoy getting out to weed in the gardens and such, but that only takes 10-15 min's / morning or every other morning. I don't want to clean every day, or just sit and watch the time go by either. I was thinking of taking up painting. Never did that before, but I like being creative, so that might work. Plus I love to play the flute, which I haven't done much of since thanksgiving...now there's a good idea. I used to love to make food for the church each week, but trying to stay away from that for awhile - until I think being around certain foods are no longer an issue for me. I always wanted to learn ballet! Anyone have any adult beginner videos or dvd's they want to give up? I would gladly buy them from you and pay for shipping! Think I'll go online and see if I can find some...enjoy your day.
