I know a gain is not usually met with cheering, but in this case, I'm happy. We've been on a massive road trip for two weeks without access to a scale. Food was determined by whichever family member was hosting us, or the conference we attended. I had very few meals where I was completely in charge. However, I walked my rear off at the conference, so I know that helped keep things under control. Unfortunately, it also increased the size of my stomach a little, so when we spent two days in the car driving home, I know I ate more than usual at stops. I was honestly quite nervous that it would be much worse than this. 2-3 lbs is something I can get rid of just by going back to old habits, and now that we're home, I'm excited to get going! I know I hit my 182 goal while we were gone, but only just lost it at the end. Can't wait to see that number on the scale! Welcome to 2018!
