Went away for the weekend, I am starting to embrace the diet so I was good. I did not have a scale so I have put in a best guesstimate of my weight as I feel I must have at least lost a 100g. Will weigh myself tomorrow morning. Looking to start gym Tuesday morning.
314.8 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 123.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
