Stress and sausages probably slowed down weight loss. Will do unprocessed meat and try to chill over the next week.
192.7 lb Lost so far: 91.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try some mindfulness it has worked wonders for me and you can do it while doing anything.

Thank you t_ann19. I had to look up what Mindfulness is, and find it is related to meditation. I appreciate that you support that idea. I have tried a few times over the last few weeks, and almost got a hang of it the other day. Are you self-taught or did you attend any courses?
