I lost a pound in 5 days even though I wasn't counting my calories at all the past week. My nephews birthday was Thursday and we had a party for him on Friday. I had a piece of cake then. We went to a fishing derby Saturday and I ate some chips and had some other stuff. Yesterday was my son's 7th birthday party though his birthday isn't for a few days. I had some cake then. I haven't been counting every calorie but tried very hard not to overdo it and pig out either. I wanted to enjoy a piece of cake but not worry about every calorie. The cake and chips this week is the first "junk" I've had since January. We cut out all that stuff. My husband and I have had hardly any of the bad stuff we use to eat and if we do we watch the servings. I'm really proud despite eating what I did I've lost a pound already and it hasn't been a week since my last weigh in. I have 2 days to burn rubber and lose some more.. Yay for me!!!

I forgot to add this weekend we did a lot of standing and walking. At the fishing derby we forgot to take chairs and the ground was wet so I did a lot of standing there. At my son's party yesterday I did a lot of standing and walking back and forth.... That exercise helped.
