N McDowell's Journal, 13 April 2010

This is my first entry, not sure if I will continue or not. I have been down this road so many times trying to lose weight. Trying to understand where I started putting it on or why ...just to regain it plus more. My BIG Aw-ha moment with weight is when Dr.Oz said; when people get to 300 hundred pounds that they never recover from that and they stay at that weight or put on more!!! I DID NOT WANT TO BE ONE OF THOSE.
SO Lord here I am again trying to get control over my weight / health because they do go hand-in-hand like a well oiled machine. One forgets just when they felt so good and enjoy life. I want to have those great good feeling moments back. ~ Nola 4/13/10
253.0 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
