Nearly made my new macro targets 😜
Feeling less bloated, happy to be getting back on the straight and narrow 👍👍

Feel really dizzy today and all my joints are sore and shivery.. think I’m coming down with a cold

Still, OH is back at work and kids are back at school today , so I’m gonna relax infront of the telly for the morning and wait for the meds to work
