While following the diet reasonably well, I tried to incorporate eating healthier while having ate out 3 times last week. This did not work! Either I need to cut back portion sizes or limit eating out to once a week!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
