I'll take it. I'm struggling right now.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

That's absolutely fine and what I made this week too... so well done! Just thought... perhaps I will have to take you up on your exercise challenge you posted about in my journal the other day. What do you reckon? I certainly need something to get me motivated on that front, so am more than happy to be your Red Ferrari exercise buddy. Perhaps we can get the rest of the team in on the act too and definitely burn some rubber!!! :o)

Hey! Hey!!! I love that idea!! Ok! how about we each make a committment to 30 minutes of intentional exercize (not just walked around the mall while shopping but INTENTIONAL exercize) for at lest 4 days this week! We could do it all in 30 min.. break it up with 15 min in morning and 15 min. in evening..any way you want to do it but 30 min. for at least 4 days in the week?? What do you think? up for that challenge? If you are... I'll message the entire team to make sure they see this!
