30.4 % body fat

Yaaay.. finally well enough to go out and collect a working replacement phone

Haven’t been able to log in to record, but generally fasted til afternoon/ evening

Had the odd choc and crackers

Still down 22 lbs from this time last year.. aiming for 170lbs post Christmas
