redoc's Journal, 21 December 2017

Did really well on staying on my food plan this week. Weighed in two days early because I work early (I would rather weigh in before the day begins and I eat anything). I am still not drinking enough water nor eating many vegetables or fruits like I should. Will be at the mother-in-law's after Christmas for a few days and I hope I don't stress eat too much!
141.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
