Haven't done very good with the loading days Hopefully that won't hinder the weight loss. i forgot drops yesterday so i dont know whether to do another loading day with the drops or just start the diet. What to do what to do.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
