Good job! Stay positive. Write down everything you eat for a day. I still want to PLAN a day. I will do it TODAY! I remember many times being on Jenny Craig and how comforting it was to know and picture what my next meal was going to be so I could resist eating anything until that next planned meal or snack. Maybe I will buy Weight Watcher meals for one day so I know exactly how many calories that is. Let's keep planning. When I said Good Luck to someone once, they said, it's not luck, it is planning what fits into your day calorie-wise. That was good advice for me. It's numbers not wishes.
