Tootie's Journal, 30 January 2008

I lost one pound this week. I feel really good about this. Right now this morning it is windchill 40 below. I've been upping my exercise on the ellipical and doing my treadmill and back to eating lots of fruits and vegetables. I can't wait until spring when I can get back outside. Ill try to stay focused this week and make healthy choices. Hope everyone else is having a good week.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job! Stay positive. Write down everything you eat for a day. I still want to PLAN a day. I will do it TODAY! I remember many times being on Jenny Craig and how comforting it was to know and picture what my next meal was going to be so I could resist eating anything until that next planned meal or snack. Maybe I will buy Weight Watcher meals for one day so I know exactly how many calories that is. Let's keep planning. When I said Good Luck to someone once, they said, it's not luck, it is planning what fits into your day calorie-wise. That was good advice for me. It's numbers not wishes.
