I did it!!! It took getting back to my daily routine of portions, exercise and mental strength to stick to it no matter what.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet rochellj's own diet   losing 2.2 lb a week
