Well this week I have been really busy, didn’t practice any form of IF, ate or broke fast every morning with a coffee and cream or tea and food. I ate when I was hungry and often ate dinner beyond 7pm... today’s weigh in shows my BMI went down and my muscle mass went up, even my bone and water % went up 🤷‍♀️ so this week I gained but not going to let it get me down. Also as a fertile female it is normal to gain or fluctuate during certain parts of the month depending on ovulation and such, and I need to remind myself that it’s just normal and healthy to have this happen and to just praise my body for its abilities and let go of the number on the scale.

NSV spent the day with my family at the zoo and museum yesterday and my jean were falling off! And I had to retire a pair of jeans that are just to big now!!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 21.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's great, isn't it, that Keto makes your old clothes fall off! I have been making a pile for Goodwill and bringing out the nice stuff in my closet that fits again.
