There’s no need to starve yourself just eat healthy snacks through the day if you feel like eating meals makes you feel like you’re over eating, I know how you feel at times I hate my body and I feel like not eating anything will help me lose weight it’s just not the case. Don’t give up ❤️

That's a tough mental spot. I've been there too and then I'd have a day where I'd just kind of give up and eat really unhealthy. Now, I've gained and I can't stop eating, but I'm trying to limit the options by only packing myself healthier snacks, or at least lower calorie, and then if I need something I'm not feeling guilty. You can get through this. Losing by starving isn't going to make you healthy, but you'll find the right way for you to get there.
