Im stuck right now - the scale isn't moving up or down but I need to get it started moving back down...wth is going on?
194.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If the scale doesn't move after 4 or 5 days, then maybe try an Atkins fat fast, or a Steak day? One or the other usually works for me. Steak day is drink lots of water but no food all day, then have a big steak for dinner with a small portion of non-starch veggies or a side salad with no croutons.
