Ran into a wonderful woman yesterday who was such encouragement to me last time around. She made me feel like a rock star and proud of the progress so far. Ended up in conversation with several women who have or are trying to lose right now, and it was great. Each of us is doing our own thing, but we're doing what works for us, and we feel good. Let's do this!
