Today is the fourth day of my protocol of 6 weeks to eliminate inflammation. I felt hungry this afternoon but I’m not reaching my protein neither carbs ratio. I need to do better. Anyway I’m keeping myself positive and I’m actually very proud of me because I could never before follow a diet for one single day. I’m better at working out too, I’m feeling less heavy and it’s helping with my HIT. My dream since I have birth to my daughter or better since when I was pregnant with her when I hit and passed the 80kgs was to see other number than the 80 o the scale. I’m very excited, emotional that I’m finally getting there.
