I'm sensing a pattern. I've gotten down to 191 multiple times, but then we hit a weekend and I bounce back up to 192. I think I'm dealing with a combination of eating out more on the weekend, and not getting accurate numbers on what I do make at home. I'm going to start assuming that the homecooked numbers are too low, so I can make sure the intake stays down.
Regardless of the numbers, I'm finally seeing the change in the fit of clothing and my own shape. I'm fascinated by where the weight has disappeared vs. the parts that have not apparently changed. Overall, still pleased, just need to make slightly bigger changes to crest the next hill.
