:( I have benn steadily increasing and
not thinking about healthy eating. I have Drs. appts for endoscopy and colonoscopy on Monday...I'm sure my gastritis hasn't gotten any better. :( On the more positive side, I am still doing my exetcises and have included line dance to my movement.
