:( Back from my staycation from work and can't seem to find my groove again like I had last week at home. Am I the only one that gets the munchies sitting at my desk. I haven't been snacking but fasting has been hard. I'm hungry in the early morning.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Let's find your groove... what have you been eating over the past two weeks? I have an office (desk) job, too; and, I keep the Keto-friendly snacks in my desk drawer (variety in these snacks is KEY). I integrate a walk into my work week (goal: every other day) and fast 36 hours one day a week. It seems to work for me; but, what have you tried?

I did make fat head dough this week and Keto almond flour scones. So a bit more almond flour than usual this past week. My fasting stopped, back to 3 meals a day. I don't usually snack because If I eat breakfast I'm ok. But last week at home I was able to fast and just stick to two meals and no snacking. There is cheese at almost every meal, another potential culprit. Thinking I need to cut down on that... so hard. Walking has been the same. Morning walk about every other day.
