I finally started my exercise routine following that of aworkoutroutine.com It is pretty easy especially since I'm using resistance bands but I feel good. I haven't been logging the last few days but I've been sticking to healthy eating reasonably well. Hopefully I get back out to swim...that really keeps me feeling like I'm going places.
