It's official...I'm down 10. I'll take it because it's sustainable and already maintained. (I wait to post until I'm sure it's staying.) One more pound and I'll be back at pre-pregnancy weight once again. Then it's only 20 more to wedding weight. Let's go!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
