186.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.7 lb a week

Thanks everyone. I’m feeling a tad bit better since starting iron supplements 3x day.

I've been fluctuating between roughly six pounds during a week 😩🤷‍♀️ but at the end of the week it somehow dips down a pound. I don't love my progress graph it is very jagged but I want to see a consistent plunge... So I say this gain is only temporary and you got this! It is all part of the journey so you just gotta keep going!!
