its so hard to eat healthy at every meal. the good thing is that every day is a new chance at learning more about myself..i have to remember this is a journey..i can do this..missing my pizza..

yes that is my problem everyone else want to eat what we have always eaten, but if i keep junk food in the house i will eat if so i have to keep telling myself that it is worth it to get healthy. some days are easy some are nearly impossible. its all about the attitude.

Don't miss your pizza. Do a tortilla pizza or mushroom alternative. I've had the South Beach Pizza and while they are ok, I do think I can make a better one myself. Just find what alternatives work for you and then the junk in the house won't matter. I have a junk'a'holic family. I just keep things that are similar so I get the same treats. Diet pop, low fat ice cream, 100 cal snack packs sugar free pudding. The list is endless. Just remember the more you feel deprived the more your going to think you are so don't deprive yourself just change the reality a little. ;)
