I can almost feel and smell the 70's.....a coming!! I had a meltdown a couple of days ago, the scale stayed on the same number for 6 plus days. I had a lot of supportative help from this group, thank you again. It definitely helped me. I lost 2 LBS. Good Luck to All. Happy Easter!!
