Been tough as I am eating carefully, counting every calorie and it seems SLOW to lose weight! I know exercise is key as my activity level is nil.
155.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your doing great, yes it seems to come off slower than it comes on lol The way I look at it, if your burning more than your eating it HAS to come off! If we could fast forward and see the end result it would make it easier! I don't exercise spinal stenosis is too painful. I'm hoping with weight loss it will ease the pain then I can walk and bike ride! Good luck and keep losing my friend
