Well I've dropped 3 of the 4lbs gained over spring break. So far so good. Not much activity this week except monday and yesterday.
Monday was my birthday. Just as I had hoped, we went out for Italian food. Instead of lasagna, though, I had a stuffed cheese, tomato, and pepperoni calzone. It was delicious. Then I had some Ice Cream cake and Italian Creme cake. So it was good.
Yesterday I went to a barbeque at a friend's last night. I managed to kill 12 chocolate chip cookies and 2 barbequed fajitas. I would have eaten more, but the grease upset my stomach since I hadn't eaten food that greasy in a while. I also had a bit to drink. Don't worry, I kept control. I had a strawberry daiquiri was at 5 and a shot of rum at 8:30, and I didn't get drunk.
All in all it was good.
