not bad considering I've been on vacation.....
193.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hello Dollbaby You are getting there slow but sure. Keep it up. I am on a ship that just came out of the Suez Canal on our way to Jordan. Am travelling with my lovely man and having a marvellous time on the newest Seabourn ship, the Encore. Next stop is Petra which I have wanted to visit all my life. Brit cannot go because with 9 hours of walking it is just too strenuous for him. I have gained weight on the cruise I am sure but will be in Florida in November and playing tennis every day so should knock it off. Best Regards, Maggie
