I can't seem to make myself give up much of my wine. I thought I'd be happy with one glass a night on the average, but once that bottle of yummy, aromatic, complex, and evolving wine is opened, I seem to need a second glass. Okay, so two glasses every other night. Except that if my hubby didn't have any wine the night before, I have a half a bottle of that yummy, aromatic, complex, etc wine that just won't be nearly as good on day 3. So I'm at still at about 10 or 11 glasses a week. It does slow the weight loss to a crawl, but at least I'm still drifting downward.
Overall, a pat on the back.
