Barefoot running every other day now for 30 minutes + warmup/cooldown.

On the off-days, I have been cycling and stretching + kettlebells.

Eating smaller portions of high-fat (and tons of water) is making the breaks between meals longer without the cravings.

I love this stuff!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week
