I was losing the taste for sweet things till I had some 'ok' lollies and since then been craving sugar. I think I'll keep away from them even though there is no carbs. Too easy to slip and it is great seeing weight come off. Hard to believe it will stay off if I continue and dont slip. My new life eh?
244.7 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 101.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I was nearly giving into low cal hot chocolate. Now i've read this, i will def not drink it! Yes, it is hard to believe, but hey, the scales don't lie!

Its hard to stay off sugar isn't it & the fact we can't have it makes it even more illicit. Just look how far you've come already & don't let your sight slip from your goal- Good luck!

Don;t know if there is Breyer's ice cream in your area but they have a low carb version that is awesome, that is my treat if I have enough carb room left at the end of the day. Check it out :)
