Weight in time. Still sitting on 100.1 kg. No shifted so much as an ounce. However, I'm increasing fitness and increasing strength. I did tighten my belt buckle one more notch and I'm going to have to do so again next week I feel. Tomorrow is Mid-Autumn festival. I'm going to have a big lunch with the family again, then a big dinner with friends. Heavy drinking is a big part of the dining culture here so I have to brace myself for a lot of calories.
220.7 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
