I feel good, and I am well on my way... I have to remain focused on the reasons why I want to lose weight. My goals are to feel good mentally, physically, to gain self-confidence, fit into clothes, NO bad clothing days, and to feel like a million bucks!
193.2 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
