Another 1/2 KG over the week, I'm happy with that but would like to up it abit more! Still haven't had a chance to fit some exercise into my schedule with kids and everything. Need to find something I can do at home in the mornings or evenings

Still heading weight wise though
233.7 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
