I now declare the hamburger diet a success😃😂😂😂

Hi Willie - your weight and body fat % stas seem really good - well done - could I be nosey and ask what height you are? Ive got my weight down to less than 75kg (targetting below 72kg - 173cm height) but body fat (and BMI) is still about mid 20s.

@Big Davie - I'm a mere 171. Current bmi is 23.1, but I'm mire concerned about body fat % now. If I can get the fat down and maintain my weight, then my muscle mass will be increasing.

still not sure of my target for body fat. I suppose I'll just exercise until I feel better. getting rid of the last of my beer belly would be nice
