WOOOOHOOOO! 3 pounds down! I was really worried because I eaccidently ate 30 carbs. But I did work out yesterday and sweat in the sauna. I couldn't sleep again last night. Probably fell asleep around 4:30 or later. Woke up to answer the door and went back to bed about an hour later. I just woke up...it's now 7pm!! Oops.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
