You need to find your motivation. Get some fitness magazines at the store and read through them for inspiration. Make an "inspiration board" from a 5 dollar cork board at Walmart. Put recipes, quotes, pictures that inspire you on it. Get a pair of pants that are a size smaller and leave them out where you can see them. Put your scale in front of the fridge, lol! Try new recipes, take an exercise class, get a new bike, save up for a treadmill, etc. Find ways to get yourself motivated. Find a good caloric intake that will help you lose weight. Stick with it daily. Track every bite, lick and taste. Consistency is key in weight loss. Get plenty of lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Protein and high fiber keep us fuller longer and help us shed fat. Drink water! Watch your sodium intake. Be active! Nice weather is coming, so get moving. Even walking around the block is a good way to start. Once everything becomes an habit, you lose weight and feel good, you will want to keep doing it. There is no magic formula. So make a plan and do it! Good luck!
