Hi everyone I am a happy camper today my scales finally went in the right direction for me. My Blood sugar reading was 110 this morning also, so I am very happy. lol
290.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
