Ended up in Hospital from 17th till the 21st, I have Diverticulitis which is quite rare for someone at my age. Certainly the wake up call I needed to change my lifestyle and eating habbits.
Haven't seen a single liquid other than water since then, and haven't had a single meal without a large serving of veg next to it since then either.
It's a bit of a bummer, but with a healthy high fiber diet I should be able to avoid and further complications. Weight is heading downwards! You will see big changes on this weight journal now!
