Today is DAY 4 of PHASE ONE on SBD. I'm starting to feel much more energetic than I did the first few days. I didn't work out yesterday. I just really couldn't find time.

My husband is really having success with SBD. I think he's probably lost close to 15 pounds already. And he's getting over the food-pickiness too. Last night I made a healthy version of chili: Slice turkey sausage, cooked plain kidney beans and organic steamed whole tomatoes. It was totally different than the usual way I make it and we really enjoyed it. I look forward to incorporating some of the new recipies I've learned into our life after we're finished with Phase One.

My boss told me yesterday that we are going to a conference for work in February. And its in LAS VEGAS!! I've been to L.V. twice before and absolutely love it there. But more than anything, I'm looking forward to representing myself to people I've never met at my target weight. Maybe we'll stay somewhere that has an indoor pool...BIKINI TIME!
137.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
